Yellow September: Caring for your mind saves lives.

At Grupo Tecnal, we believe that awareness is an essential step towards everyone s well-being. With this in mind, we held two special lectures for our employees at the Ourinhos and Salto Grande units, led by our HR manager, Janice Macuica.

Using real data, profound reflections, and valuable information, the lecture reinforced the importance of caring for mental health, recognizing warning signs, and supporting those who need help.

We believe that, together, we can build a more humane work environment where talking about emotions is not taboo, and asking for help is always welcome.
