CAPACITY FROM 15 TO 300 T/H
The vertical dryer is basically composed of two drying chambers, a cooling chamber and an air exhaust system. Our dryer is robust and self-supporting, supporting the conveyor's upper walkway without the need for auxiliary support feet.
The hot air coming from the cooling chamber is reused twice in the drying process, which provides significant savings in thermal and electrical energy. All air flow is generated by axial fans, with greater efficiency and energy savings.
The Conical Gutter developed by TNL TECNAL (according to INPI patent — National Institute of Industrial Property under N.6300790–8), has a larger inlet area with a greater volume of air in the grain mass, providing complete and homogeneous drying, as the velocity and distribution of hot air remains constant along the gutters.
The air heating system can be by furnace (manual or automatic feeding), chips/biomass or by steam through radiators. For the chip/biomass system, it is necessary to install a deflasher.
