It was with this in mind and in order to serve an increasingly demanding market that TNL TECNAL, with more than 40 years of experience in designing and fabrication ofhigh quality equipment, has improved in its manufacturing facilities the area specialized in the production of chains.
As part of our quality policy, we have developed a rigorous production process, defining control criteria and processes at all stages of the production of our chains.
Currently,all of our equipment (chain conveyor, drag conveyor, Bulk Flow conveyor, horizontal dryer and horizontal cooler) use chains of our own design and fabrication, thus maintaining our policy of technology development and continuous improvement.
With the improvement of this sector in our company, we were able not only to guarantee a very high quality product, but also to be supplier of chains for equipment of other manufacturers.
A severeproduction process was developed, in which we apply the the best and most modern techniques in all stages ofthe production of chains.
RAW MATERIALS - All raw materials(carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel) purchased by us have quality certificate from the suppliers, and on top of that they also pass through our quality control procedures in which specific equipment like spectrometer and durometer are used, detailing all the chemical and mechanical characteristicsof these raw materials .
Each part of the chain is fabricated with the most modern equipment, such as CNC machining center, laser cutting machine, stamping on mechanical press, hydraulic devices, TIG / Tubular welds and robotic cell welding in a controlled temperature oven.
QUALITY - To guarantee the product quality, we carry out a very strict control with mechanical tests, metallurgical, macrographic, metallographic analysis and inspection by magnetic particles.
ENGINEERING - The calculations performed by our engineering team are validated by simulations in finite element analysis software and by mechanical tests.

CHAIN TYPE W: Developed for general applications where loads are high and big momentary variations may occur.

SPROCKETS - We manufacture sprockets for all types of chains fabricated by TNL TECNAL. All of them are designed in different configurations to facilitate maintenance. Also, they are available in different material options depending on the application. Manufactured with CNC machines, guaranteeing precision and quality in all stages of production.
