The chain conveyors Redler type are designed to support a wide range of conveyance needs in the market. Their robustness and low friction ensure a long useful life for the equipment, besides having noise level reduced.

The conveyors have links made of flat bar, pins and bushings with thermal treatment and draggers every 300mm, made of UHMW*.

The drive head is robust, with lateral openings for shaft disassembly, two-half gear made of carbon or nodular carbon steel, which allows replacement without removing the shaft. SNH-TG bearings, with thrust roller bearings, relief opening with counter-weight and/or clogging sensors (at customer’s request). Discharge bin lined with UHMW* plates in the parts that are in contact with the material.

There are 3 types of drive: moto-reducer; gearbox/coupling/motor or gearbox/belts/motor.

The modules are made of steel plates sized to support the wearing for a long time, “V” return trails to reduce friction and reduce wearing of UHMW* draggers and folded covers “roof type” to avoid accumulation of water, fixed with galvanized quick-latches.

The stretcher head is also robust, with lateral opening for shaft disassembly, guide-wheel in two halves, made of carbon or nodular steel, allows replacement without removing the shaft. SNH-TG bearings, with thrust ball bearings, stretching by screws and cleaning opening in the trough end of the drive head.

For more safety and easier maintenance, the inspection doors have protection screens over the heads, support for clogging sensor in the drive head and support for speed sensor in the stretcher head. Also, TNL TECNAL offers as optional: speed sensor, clogging sensor, automatic lubricators for bearings and UHMW* lining.

 

  • Inspection doors with quick-lock, with bolted screens;
  • Display for visualization of conveying material after feeding;
  • Moving parts with more than 10mm exposed are protected.
