TNL TECNAL´s MAP Hammer Mill provides a homogeneous granulometry in fine, medium or thick milling. Lower installed power per ton (kW/t), rotor with variable speed for flow and granulometry adjustments. It incorporates high technology that enables less wearing, as well as complete safety system for operators and maintenance.
- Lower temperature (less than 45°C) at the milling chamber avoiding the "burning" of the starch, vitamins and proteins;
- Uniform feeding with an efficient protection that avoids the entrance of ferrous and
non-ferrous materials in the milling chamber; - Replacement of the sieve with the rotor in movement, in a quick operation, reducing the time for changing the sieves to almost zero;
- There is no need to install mills for first milling, regardless the desired granulometry in the process of fine milling.
Capacities: 2.5 to 48 t/h.
